
工作职责:
Responsibilities:
• Develop category and channel growth strategy, via clear route to market and channel segmentation.
• Develop and build retail insight for develop retail multi channel growth plan.
• Regularly track and analyze market dynamics of the responsible therapeutic area in all the channels.
• Patient understanding to identify key opportunities for the brand to influence in the customer/shopper
• Possess capability of category development and product value chain design.
• Work with cross function team to formulated channel activation plan and closely monitor the implementation.
• Participate in joint business plans and partner engagements with the commercial team.
• Business planning and forecast. Manage supply and forecast of goods.
• Manage channel expenditure budget to fulfil business needs and financial target
• Track the output of all expense and optimize subsequent activations.

• Customer, consumer, and shopper insights and understanding and converted to drive growth
• Logical thinking, strategic building, superior data mining and analysis skills.
• Superior collaboration skills and communications skills.
• Project management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity
• Multi function communication capability.
• Hands-on experience on marketing/channel planning and executions.
• Quick learner and be able to apply the knowledge to solve key business challenges.
• P&L, budgeting, planning & forecasting, finance;Risk-based analysis and decision making, and contingency planning
• Excellent language proficiency in English (mandatory) and Chinese (mandatory).
