
工作职责:
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
Initiate and develop contract terms for Retail Commercial Policies and Commercial Program agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate contract lifecycle processes including policy agreement term setup, target list reviews, and internal alignment prior to execution.
2. Contract Documentation & Execution
Manage contract documentation workflows including drafting, reviewing, signature coordination, and timely archival.
Ensure contract accuracy and compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
3. Contract System Maintenance
Maintain and update relevant contract systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and contract traceability.
Support troubleshooting and user access management related to contract systems.
4. PMO Support
IOM Model: Provide project coordination and administrative support for the IOM model implementation
Commercial Program : Provide support in commercial project analysis and Commercial Operations activities
任职资格:
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or project coordination.
Familiarity with commercial contracts, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office
