工作职责:

The Pricing Manager plays a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and governance of pricing strategies to optimize market access, price realization, and portfolio profitability in China.
This role requires solid expertise in pricing analytics, market evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure pricing decisions are evidence-based, aligned with business goals, and well-executed across channels.


The Core Responsibilities are:
1. Conduct pricing analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Perform in-depth market research, pricing analysis, and business case development to support new launches, price negotiations, and tenders.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing scenarios reflect market dynamics, regulatory rules and company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on sales performance and adjust evaluation methodology from case to case.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to support pricing execution
• Work closely with Market Access, Finance and Commercial teams to align on pricing implementation plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of pricing decisions, including system set-up, internal coordination, and communication.
3. Manage pricing governance processes and internal operations
• Lead the preparation of pricing proposals and approval documents to support pricing governance.
• Maintain internal pricing systems and ensure accurate, timely reflection of approved pricing across platforms.
• Support G2N investment evaluations in collaboration with Finance and assist in preparing pricing-related materials for approval processes.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance
• Develop and update pricing SOPs, tools, and templates in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Monitor compliance with internal pricing policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, enhance accuracy, and improve data transparency.


任职资格:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in pricing, market access, data analytics, finance, or a related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with large datasets and translate data into business insights.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working in cross-functional environments is preferred.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with pricing or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
